Arrow Vulcan

is it normal for this skill to be spammed? O.o
I was hunting in the Cursed Abbey, & I noticed that sometimes my Arrow Vulcan would shoot more than 9 times.

I think the after-cast delay has been decreased.. I'm using normal equips & cards. None of them have an effect on the after-cast delay.. Is it a bug? or something? O.oa

Its normal because our server has no-delay implemented, that means your after cast delay is reduced by dex and agi and since clowns got a lot of dex Arrow Vulcans have no delays
