Reborn Problem

i've gained 20,000 karma and 200 fame,

when i click the NPC
nothing happens,.

i see... is that the 'Knight' Npc? all you have to do is talk to him and if he asks you to go to Jericho then please proceed, if it does not work, check your karma points again @charstats.

try activating your quest, maybe your quest was left unactive

to do this:

alt + u

then right click the quest and make sure it is [on] and not in the [off] tab
